What do you actually do?
We enhance our clients' marketing and advertising campaigns by providing customized imprinted promotional merchandise.
What do companies use promotional products for?
Companies use promotional merchandise to get their name in front of the recipient, to promote good will and to create a positive image. Some of the uses are for executive gifts, sales meetings, company events, to launch a new product, as a service award, travel incentives and for tradeshows.
Who comes up with the ideas?
We consider ourselves a partner and extended member of your team. We will work with you from the start of your marketing plan to make sure that the merchandise creates a cohesive marketing effort. In order for us to do our job, we need to find out about you and your company, what your products or services are, who your target audience is, your corporate philosophy and any other details to help us come up with the best ideas for you. Our creative team uses this information to develop a variety of concepts for you to choose from.
What if we only want to order pens or mugs, can you do that?
Sure we can. We'll work with you to find the best value and "look" for your promotion.
What if I can't find the item I'm looking for?
Call us; our support team is ready and willing to help you locate your item of interest
Where do the products come from?
Our merchandise comes from manufacturers all over the world. We have developed relationships during the past 15 years with suppliers who give us the best products, the lowest prices and consistent on time delivery.
What is the normal turnaround time?
Most products ship within ten (10) to fifteen (15) working days. Transit times will vary depending on courier service and F.O.B. location. Rush services are available for most items, please inquire.
What is a Setup/Make Ready Charge?
Most items require a custom plate or screen to be made in order for your products to be imprinted. These charges are calculated per color of imprint and per location.
